Many single parents & seniors can't afford the present market value of houses or apartments. Thank you.

I oppose the Pacific village redevelopment plan.

This plan is totally hurting the residents who have lived here for a considerable period of time, and who are being dropped by the wayside, at the profit of a major company. Where will they go and live, because the availability of housing is insufficient for the senior citizens and very low income community.

We oppose the Pacific Village redevelopment plan we need the low income housing for those residents that cannot afford the high cost of housing most especially the seniors, disabled and single parents.

Please stop the redevelopment of the community. It's hard enough these days.

The community does not support the development plans which will remove our families and neighbors from remaining at their homes.

I do not support the development plans for the Rancho Penasquitos Village.

Definitely approve this plan.

Low income housing is important not just for the people who live there, but for the whole community. In a huge city like San Diego, with its very high cost of living, I feel this is a necessity to allow every one the opportunity to reside in safe secure housing, in proximity to good schools for their children. With a high precentage of elderly and single parents, our community must ensure housing for all.

Please don't put more people on the streets.

San Diego has too few affordable housing units so please don,t take this one down. Do you want more people living on the streets!

The developer should be required to offer as many low income housing units as they remove from the development.

Please don't remodel !!! its been safe, clean and quiet neighborhood. What else you ask for ? And with the high cost of housing its very unlikely that they could afford. These residents need to keep this place and the new generations to come.

I urge the PQ planning board and San Diego Planning Dept. and City Council to reject the plan to remodel the low-income house. These housing is need by so many families who cannot afford housing otherwise in PQ.

Don’t destroy PQ

Low income families are productive and law abiding citizens of this community.

Low income reaidents need this place . Most of these residents are seniors and disabled . Please be considerate .

I disagree with the redevelopment and elimination of the PQ Village.
