Where are the current residents going to live? Developer needs to INCORPORATE the current residents along with high end housing; not chase them away. Our streets are in need of repair. Where's the water to supply new housing coming from? Additional traffic is not going to help. Revision is needed !!

The Rancho Peñasquitos Planning Board should recommend against any redevelopment that does not conform to the Rancho Peñasquitos Community Plan.

Rancho Penasquitos does not have the infrastructure needed for the population we now have, let alone 1000s more people and vehicles.
