I oppose the Pacific Village Redevelopment Plan because of the massive reduction in low-income housing for the Penasquitos Village community, 304 less apartments will effect too many faithful families.

Besides being a member of OLMC, I was a teacher at Rolling Hills Elementary School (now retired) and taught many children from this community. Those parents want their children to be as successful and valued in society as any other PQ resident! We need to provide places for people with lower incomes to live in our community. It definitely takes a village! The Penasquitos Village offers our community diversity and provides us with support in many lower end jobs. We need those people. We need a variety of people to help our children learn compassion and kindness to all!

Please do not do the Pacific Village redevelopment plan as it stands now. The low-income seniors and disabled people will be negatively impacted.
