There are so few low-income rents and many low-income families who need them. Please consider others in your decision it's the right thing to do.

The well being of our community in need is more important than the value of real estate in PQ.

My kids grew up with lot of friends from that area. which in turn make them to know about the hardship. I request to have a decision for this low income group. They deserve to be here with good schools for the future citizens.

Let us follow Christ's love of neighbor, especially the poor and those in the fringes of society.

I don't approve of A&P Properties proposed redevelopment plan for the Penesquitos Village..

San Diego needs this and more low income options.

This is probably the only place left that limited income people can afford in our area.

I completely understand developers desires to maximize profits, but one should strike a balance between corporate profits and the needs of the community. Many of these folks cannot drive and have dependency on the local community for assistance. Please consider alternative plans to accommodate these wonderful folks.

Please give them more years to stay specially the senior people who cannot drive

I grew up a few blocks away and was priced out of the area years ago, please stop the madness.

If you do not reject the proposal for the change in use of this property there will be over 300 people without a place to live. Think of this before you okay this change. These people can not be taken out of their homes for someone to line their pockets. It is wrong!

Have a heart, these people need a place to live that they can afford.

Please have mercy on our seniors, disabled, and single families living in your property. May God bless and reward Atlantic and Pacific Properties for your kindness and consideration to help these less advantaged residents. God bless you.
