The conditions are deplorable. A border collie is a very active high energy dog that needs room to run or be taken on long walks. They need exercise!

The abuse of this poor animal who can’t speak for himself, but has been observed by others, is criminal. He must be released so he can be part of a loving home, instead of living the rest of his life in such horrible circumstances. Please take him out of this unbearable, ungodly situation now.

There are too many people that have witnessed this pups living conditions, too many that are clearly concerned, and the people whose JOB it is to BE THEIR VOICE...are disregarding him. Or not doing enough, at the very least.
I truly believe that if it weren't for the VOICES that ARE concerned, this pup would no longer be here!
He's so emaciated in pics from 1 yr ago. If it weren't for these awesome people checking on him and bringing food, I'm sure he'd have starved already!
He deserves a loving home with people that will love him like a child!! He's young and has years to live. It's wrong for him to have to live those years like this!

I rescued a dog that lived in similar conditions. Keep trying, hopefully they will surrender him.
