I just met a lady today who states she checks on this dog weekly She stated that its collar is much too tight and it's fenced in area which is typically filthy was cleaned up today I did see that with my own eyes Maybe all the attention has forced him to clean up the mess I will continue to check on this dog. I will call the police or animal control Every time I see it being neglected Maybe they will get sick of the phone calls and do something

This dog should be ceased! I'm from the UK and these conditions would be enough for both police and rspa to keep coming back and checking on the dog and if nothing has changed after a warning the owners do not get to keep the pet unless they get their act together and sort out the appropriate conditions for the pet to be living in! Every pet deserves a warm loving home!
