The zoo has finally agreed to relocate the bear to a sanctuary that can actually meet his needs. I am drained from this fight but the relief of knowing he is moving is enough for now.

Polar bear in the Belgrade zoo is treated terribly. He doesn't have clean water and has been strugguling to walk. It has been reported that he has been dragging himself around the enclosure covered in his own filth. We demand that this torture chamber gets closed.

Seeing this kind of movement is exhausting but it proves that people are finally looking at what is happening to him. I am drained by the fight every single day yet I cannot walk away while he is still suffering.

No creature should have to endure such conditions. Animals are not for our entertainment, testing, nor our products.
This is a disgrace. Contact PETA and release him to a sanctuary! It makes your country look deplorable.
Please let this animals go to a sancturary where he can live out his life in peace and happiness. This is so tragic he cannot even walk. Think about how you would feel if you or your child was in this situation. Please let him or her go.
This is vile, absolutely disgusting, it's bad enough the poor bear is caged for humans to gorpe at, let alone his miserable health and filth enclosure..
Please help this bear with his condition and then move him to were he can live a good life.

I hope this polar bear is healthy enough to return back to his habitat or at least get proper care if he was raised in the zoo.
