Lehman Twp zoning is saying we are in violation of a zoning ordinance that we are unaware of! They unjustly refuse to tell us what it is until a hearing on October 14th at 6pm and are threatening us with closure after we have already been operating our business at this location for almost 3 years!

I am concerned that the township has not informed this winery of the zoning ordinance they say it is violating after 3 years. Wouldn't proper procedure be to allow a business time to correct the violation??
This place is a nice local business. We enjoy going and listening to the bands who always end @ 10 pm. It’s a great evening out at a place close to home! Keep Pisano Winery open!!!! You know the motto shop small. Well this is a local small business so let us all keep shopping small!!!
Small Businesses already went through too much to stay afloat during the pandemic and now to deal with something like this. It is ridiculous, especially not to give the business an opportunity to correct any "issues". Very strange procedures.
Pisano's is a wonderful place to hang out with family and friends. We love going here! They are a local business and also support other local businesses by bringing in small bands and food trucks.
The fact that there is no reasoning behind this decision is mind blowing. I mean they didn't even bother to try to hide the fact that someone has it out for them. Just straight dodged all calls, emails, and/or interviews. And to do it to the greatest people that worked hard for their success.
ALL zoning ordinances are unlawful and illegal to our liberty!!
Such a respectful place, and amazing people! Owners awesome! Don’t shut it down there’s more crazy stuff in the world, and this just happens to bother people when their not doing nothing wrong, but making a living and having people enjoy themselves and everyone is always respectful

after 3 years of operation, you Lehman Twp zoning, want to put some violation out of no where... and refuse to tell the owners what they are in violation in. SHAME ON YOU, Lehman Twp... the Pisano family supports the local community more than you eve have.
