How are we expected to groom efficiently, especially the larger furrier breeds (Pyranes, St. Bernard, Newfies), if we are no longer allowed to use the cone shaped nozzle? And many of the larger breeds are unable to be kennel dried. Explain how this is suppose to work?

How about instead of taking the nozzles away you give us ear muffs for groomers and buy happy muffs for the dogs. Taking nozzles is something very vital a groomer need it helps I get all the undercoat from all breeds off because every dog sheds some less than others . it Also help removes a lot of the soaking wet hair quicker so dogs aren't spending time in the kennel dryer which is where a lot of dogs have passe away. The velocity coned help us dry quicker and get us to quicker use the fluff dryer to get them dry all the way. Coroparate is making all these dumb changes and have NO IDEA WHAT ITS LIKE TO BE A GROOMER let alone have even been in a salon to see what its all about. Its almost like they resemble our customers thinking its so easy and we play with dogs all day. Grooming is hard work and taking any vital tools make it note harder for us to do are job correctly and SAFELY so please reconsider an rethink of this little cone that all groomers desperately need.

Expect to lose all your business and your groomers if you take away the velocity dryer or its attachments. There are better paying jobs in private shops where they have good equipment and treat their employees with respect. Sick time and paid vacation won't be enough to keep your groomers if you take away their tools.

I'm a bather at a Petsmart right now. These new nozzles may be effective and fine for short haired dogs such as beagles, etc. but it will not be effective for FURminators which, in my opinion, is a big ticket item that brings in a lot of money for this company! Please reconsider.

If this happens in my store I will be forced to seek employment elsewhere. We need the proper tools for our job. You wouldn't send a plumber in with a toilet scrub brush. This makes no sense.

As long as the groomers are trained and pass the tests to prove their knowledge and proficiency then I see NO reason to stop using the tools.

Goodbye good quality grooms and happy pet parents that have been getting furminator processes for years.. Such a shame. Productivity is going down tremendously!

The drying nozzle is key to a good groom! The hair has to be all the way blown out and straight for the clippers to go thru and the hair cut to look good.

I don't understand how we are expected to make plan and have great OSAT scores when dogs will take much longer to dry and go home looking unfinished at best . There will be more complaints and more refunds do to this bad decision of taking away our nozzles .
