I like making money and slowing me down in a business where im paid commission really pisses me off. Ive groomed thousands of dogs over the years and not once have any of them been inured by our old drier nozzles. Im sure petsmart will appreciate the hit in sales they take when i quit.

We need these nozzles. You are taking away our ability to groom properly.

When cotton balls are placed in the dogs ears and headphones are worn by the groomer there is no damage done to the hearing.

The new nozzles dont work well on dogs with undercoat and it takes longer because the nozzle is not as efficient

I do not agree with he reasoning on taking the nozzles away. In my opinion this is a bad business move. The drying time is increased not reduced, which then decreases the productivity that each groomer and bather can do. This will cause a reduction in the amount of dogs and money that Petsmart can make. Also not only will the money be affected, it does effect the quality of the groom especially on double coated dogs. The nozzles that come with the dryers are not effective enough to achieve the same thing as the old ones. The safety of the dog is most important but the old nozzles were never used improperly to cause this to get rid of them.

Being a groomer myself I could never imagine completing my tasks without a concentrator nozzle... This point seems absurd

It's outrageous to expect us to do our jobs without the nozzles! Be realistic!!!

Grooming dogs without a dryer nozzle that has been shown to be the most efficient will decrease productivity and waste valuable hours just waiting to use a dryer, let alone the affect it will have on the quality of the groom. Please factor this into your previous "studies".

The dryers are needed in the salon. They are the most effective way to dry pets. A wider verity should be offered, to better match the needs of the pet. Without the nozzles drying times will increase and quality of the groom will decrease. This will hurt both our ability to meet plan and earn a good wage. Also with drying times taking longer, pets will have to stay longer, witch increases the risk of the pet becoming too stressed and an injury occurring. I can't imagine pet parent being too thrilled with longer wait times and less availability either

What the h e l l??? I've been grooming ten years... Never had a problem. Train your freaking employees properly and you won't have a problem!!! You can't get a dog properly without a nozzle in a decent amount of time, my clients already complain that you guys take too long... I well desperately sorry for your groomers. You're not going to have a grooming department much longer if you don't quit banning stupid things.

And this is exactly the reason I don't work for corporations anymore all the decision making is done by people who have never groomed a day in their life!

I can't take as many bath dogs because the drying time has been increased. Though it doesn't effect my pay, t does affect the salon's ability to make plan and take dogs

I agree with everything mentioned above. My salon is so old and out dated that I can't have more than two velocity dryers on at the same time. If I do, it trips thr breaker. As a salon without the ability to have three dryers, our productivity will be greatly reduced because of the wait for a dryer without a nozzle. My salon is one of the most productive in the district current with only 700 sq ft of work space. Please bring our nozzles back.

First you take away groomers rights to protect themselfs by taking away muzzles, now they cannot dry dogs efficiently....dumb and dumber
