I have had many happy times walking the dog over to Durris from Drumoak, and if raining taking the car. Ive been using the bridge for work and leisure for 30yrs and value it greatly.

It would be criminal to allow this bridge to be lost to our community.

Really missing the Park Bridge. It was so much quicker for getting to work, friends houses and to scouts.

Park Bridge is a very important link between the Durris and Drumoak communities, and the loss of this link destroys the access across the river which joined the two villages. We miss access to the post office and shop, and people now tend to go to Banchory as it takes the same time. It also makes life difficult if you need to use the bus service along the North Deeside Road.

Park Bridge is necessary to link the communities of Drumoak and Durris ( which was the reason for constructing the bridge) and avoids waste of time and fuel going via Crathes or Peterculter to reach Drumoak from Durris

Huge implications for the folk of Durris for access to public transport. And for every community group which has members from both communities. And the effect on transport links locally mean that the round trip - to Milltimber bridge or the Crathes Bridge are both a 10 mile detour. Unacceptable.

I think that Park Bridge is s vital connection between Durris and Drumoak, especially during other road closures. It adds massively to a daily commute!
