Camping is to fun to get rid of. At least warn the parties of the noise ordinance and then take further action- don't get rid of it completely, that's not fair to those who actually follow the rules.

People have the right to camp overnight, but I do believe that if the continued trash and disturbances continue than this will be the next step. Give the people a chance to police themselves and put some real effort into being a part of the solution and not the problem. If they can't clean it up in a year then maybe they need a curfew.
