I'm a resident on Pineview and I think we should have the overnight stays I'm up there all summer and they they gather right in the Cove across from me and I'm not really found it to be a problem and we sleep with the door open every night

More enforcement is needed on littering than old pineview diehards that love the lake. Keep things in perspective please.

I can understand why they would want to stop it because I have gone camping up there and there was a lot of trash that people left

Keep our night camping legal!
The nights are nice times on the lake when the crowds head down the canyon.
I do understand that the loud music players probably can be the reason that it is suggested that there is no overnight camping.

Fine the ones who disobey the ordnance. And enforce the ordnance more if it's as large of a problem as people clame it is. As well as notify people about the ordnance and post it by the ramps.

if they can't force a noise ordinance because of safety for the officers .
Why do they think they can enforce
A curfew ? It would still put the officers in
Hands-on situation

We have been part of the problem with the music after 10 PM. We also will be part of the solution and make sure we don't play music after 10 PM. Us being accountable and each doing our part, along with letting people know when they launch that you CAN not play loud music after 10 PM can make a huge difference. We are all OK with being responsible and respectful. Unfortunate it has come to this, but do not take away what we work for all year and hurt the local summer businesses in the process.

Post quiet hours and/or curfew signs, hand out lake etiquette rules, require contracts, include "If you see it, report it" numbers, pick up after yourselves and be courteous!
