I have found more respectful people while boating up at pineview, respecting others boats and disposing of garbage properly way more than I have seen people respect the beaches while not boating. This will not solve the problem. Less money will be made when people don't buy season passes because of this and you will have more people driving home drunk.

I live 600 yards from Pineview/ I think the reason this is, is because of parking last Summer. The State has fixed that issue. There's a reason for the Cause, ticket those that are making the noise's, issues. Don't punish everyone!!

I feel that closing the entire lake is way too extreme for the problem of noise complaints. There has to be other options.

Please don't punish all boaters for the action people that can't respect the beauty of the lake and the people who live around it. I don't play music loud or after 10 at night and I always carry out my trash. Thank you

For those of us who boat and pick up our trash and others people's trash should not have to suffer for others. As for the loud music it is also rude to those boaters who follow the rules and turn off or down our stereos at 10 pm. Please do not make us suffer for others negligence.

Totally asinine to make this a law, there are so so so many more law abiding citizens that do not litter, and take care of their garbage, than their are people who show total negligence on how the beaches look day to day. I would consider going elsewhere boating and not pay for a slip at Pineview anymore if this law is enacted!!!!!!

There are a large majority of boaters that enjoy this recreation that should not be punished or loose our rights because a very few a mount of irresponsible visitors instead upotrol increase citations and or warnings to the problem causers
