Let's make this a win win situation for everyone. My family and I live Pineview and we strive hard to help keep the beaches clean. Let's look for a fix for everyone to enjoy.

Taking overnight boating away from many because the actions of few is unfair. I think stricter enforcement of noise and littering laws would be a better answer to the problems facing boaters and valley residents. The sheriffs dept. imposing a curfew on the lake simply because they do not want to enforce current law is no excuse.

I'd rather have them party there and stay the night and potentially hitting my son or someone I love because they were not sober by ten! Huntsville town resident.

You should not penalize ALL who use Pineview for overnight camping. Only those who abuse this right should be banned.

People need to be respectful of what we have. Pack it in/pack it out. I always pick up some form of garbage when I go up on my paddle board or meet with friends on the boats. And it's coming from the beaches and parking lots around the lake. There are minor issues with boaters. But the vast majority are respectful and try to help each other and I have seen all picking up trash that is not theirs...

Forcing everyone on and off the water every day will only add to the lines and traffic. You will have to own a slip yacht club to enjoy the water overnight.
