There are not enough slips to park our boat overnight and they also limit the size of boats that can be in a slip. It takes a lot of resources to put a boat on the water. That's why many people stay for multiple days. Without being able to stay overnight, it simply won't be worth even going and the businesses in the valley are going to lose out on the revenue.

Pineview is a place of peace and get away for a lot of people in the Ogden area, including me. They can't take that away.

We all need to help take care of the ones that are creating the issues, respect for the land and others needs to be enforced by us all.

Please continue to allow the good people who respectively comply with the laws without taking the right to camp overnight on our vessels. Most of us purchased these for this very reason with Pineview being called home.

The solution is simple and the problem is obvious. 1. The noise Ordinance has NEVER been posted. The young crowd that come from out of state, or out of town, do not know the noise ordinance, and how could they? It's never posted, or informed to the boaters. No sign, banner, flyers, or hand outs explaining the noise ordinance or camping rules have ever been given to boaters in the 12 years I have been going to Pineview. My proposal is to hand out fliers, and create a banner, and sign at the ramp explaining this, and have AL&L explain to everyone that they will Get a ticket for litter and/or noise. 2. It has NEVER been enforced! I don't know of anyone that has been ticketed. I have herd warnings to boaters, but not tickets. If someone is being loud, ticket the group of boats, ever boat, or the first to respond. Warnings are nice, but ticket on second response. The pictures portraying boaters as leaving garbage is faux. The picture is from an area that is not boat accessible. These pictures are from beach goers. The seasoned boaters I know, probably near 100 of the boats, know the rules, pick litter up, and are quiet at 10 pm. Taking away our Rights as hard working professionals trying to get relaxation and recreation on the lake away from the real world is criminal in itself. The next thing we will all have curfews and be locked in our houses by ordinances. Is the Freedom? Is this how America is turning in to? If the Sheriffs would have done their job in the first place, inform and educate the incoming boaters, and then give tickets to those that break the rules, then this would not even be a topic. The sherif department needs to educate, and the enforce the noise ordinance, and not try to blame us family respectful boaters for what a few uneducated boaters do without consequence. I work hard to get on the lake each year and spend a lot of money in the valley. The hundreds of respectful professional working boaters that supply revenue to the E

There is a lot of time and money spent by the friends and families who use the lake with their Camper Boats for the right reasons, to enjoy the lake. To take this away because of the few people that do not no how to control themselves and respect the lake or others for the right purpose is not justice. I am an outsider from Colorado qnd look forward to my visits and spending time on the lake with my friends and family. who do not treat the lake negatively. I always look forward to using my boat when I am on any lake is the reason I purchased it. Taking away my or anyone's ability to utilize the purpose of their sleepers on the lake would negatively impact myself and anyone else would cause me to have to sell my boat which I have worked hard to get.
