All wet lands and environmental birds, tree, bug, turtles, fish snakes, the list is endless, are inmportant to sustain life on This plant we call. Destroy them, no money,park will bring then back. Time to stop destroying my earth my wild life!!!

PLEASE protect the North Gwillimbury Forest and the Paradise Beach-island for future generations. Once gone it is lost forever

Who is the LSRCA defending? The lake and wetlands environment, or DG Group/Metrus??

It seems both amazing and frightening to me that the public is not made aware of such projects. What is there to hide? Citizens have a right to know details about impacts on such an important natural resource as wetlands.

Since organizations made up of fallible people can have vested interests, transparency and public openness are paramount. Do the right thing or you will be seen as redundant, selfish and irresponsible.

Review your mandate as a Conservation Authority and ask yourself - "On who's behalf and with who's financial support do you work?" That's right - the taxpayer; make the application public record.

It is totally unacceptable, this lack of accountability and transparency to the public regarding the decisions concerning the future of the Forest, Lake Simcoe and the environment surrounding it.

As a long time supporter of the work of Conservation Authorities it is very disheartening to watch LSRCA capitulate to the pressures of the development industry.

The public has a right to see the application the DG Group has submitted to the LSRCA and the to be informed of the decisions they make regarding the fate of the North Gwillimbury Forest and wetlands. This is not LSRCA decision to make on it's own. Why is it none of the publics business when this is where we live. We care about the future of the Forest, Lake Simcoe and the environment surrounding it. The LSRCA has a moral responsibility to do the right thing and represent their name and what they stand for or they serve no purpose.

If the LSRCA is funded with taxpayer money, there needs to be accountability and transparency of how they are performing their mandate to those taxpayers.

Please be responsible. It would be a heavy burden for you all to carry if you allow the destruction of this significant area of land.
This would be an irreversible mistake. I am really dissatisfied with the decisions being made at present.

The public has a right to know the outcome of land tests. Since when did the LSRCA become a bully, we don't need to know, we'll just have to trust them, and that tells us the LSRCA has something to hide.

We live in a democracy. The DG Group's application should be open for public discussion. Wetlands are a precious resource and must be preserved.
