I moved here out of Nashville to get away from tons of traffic and the destruction of wildlife I moved to Bethlehem Georgia for this purpose and you’re destroying that now so now I’m gonna have to sell my house again I’m not happy

This is a bad idea, those roads out there cant handle any more crowded subdivisions. this is a bad idea - stick to the zoning codes please.

We moved here to get away from the congestion from all the construction of houses being built in groups on smallll lots. This also seems to bring more crime into the area.

There are many of us whom made our home here to get away from the very cesspool being created. Those making the decisions to allow this gross & rapid growth are the only ones benefitting & care not of all the negative effects on existing homeowners. This once peaceful quaint community is on the fast track to being no different than any other traffic infested, crime ridden, overgrown "city." Shameful and disgusting.

We moved to Walton County to get away from overcrowding in Gwinnett. We purchased acreage in hopes of living in the country not the city. Please stick to the current building guidelines.

We had to follow all the established zoning and building codes that included minimum acreage. Elected Commissioners, stick to the current building guidelines which include a minimum acreage and street frontage. This destroyed Gwinnett County and the voters in Gratis will not stand for this! We will be fired up in the next election cycle if this gets pushed thru. The traffic on Broach Road is already heavy and the crime rate will instantly increase.

A subdivision in this part of the county is completely out of place. To our representatives, stick to the current building guidelines which include a minimum acreage and street frontage! We see how this destroyed Gwinnett County and the voters in Gratis will not stand for this! (We will be fired up in the next election cycle if this gets pushed thru.) The traffic on Broach Road is already heavy and the crime rate will instantly increase.
