Save our wetlands and creek! Increase lot sizes for subdivision on Dry Pond and Broach Road

This is an absolute travesty of development, encroaching on the majesty of God and nature, I have heard that a rare, protected frog calls this wetland home.

I don't think people spend 3-400 thousand dollars for the destruction of their local wildlands

Building cheaper homes will cause the price of my house to go down in price

I am located directly behind this lot and do not want all the noise and pollution that would come with this many lots. Increase the size to 5-7 acre lots or more.

So many houses are currently being built. This is considered 'country' for a reason. Keep the subdivisions in the city.

I love our small community! Country farmlands. We do not wish to become a big city!!!

I do not want to look out my front door and see the entrance to an ugly subdivision. Developer need to be required to have at least a 30 foot setback bermed and landscaped and very nice entryway. And this is way to many lots. Needs to leave a significant amount of greenspace and larger lot sizes.

Too congested already

Any subdivision in this part of the county is out of place. Please stick to the current building guidelines which include a minimum acreage and street frontage!

Shoal Creek and Clarence Odum is already a dangerous intersection. Adding another 164 cars minimum to this intersection is very dangerous for everyone.

There is a lot of traffic already on Dry Pond, Clarence Odum and Shoal Creek. Would rather have larger lots at least 3 acres or more.

We do not want another subdivision in our community! The traffic is unreal and our quiet country settings will be further destroyed.

No subdivison, please. There is already too much traffic on Dry Pond and Clarence Odum Rd. People do not slow down on Clarence Odum Rd. I am in fear of being hit by an on-coming car each time I turn out of my driveway. This used to be a quiet community.

I love my rural area. It'll affect our way of rural living such as farming if they build this subdivision
