A serious waste of tax payers money. No consideration given to wildlife. It would be another piece of history lost to a soft society (government). Time to make more sensible decisions and not come up with these ridiculous ideas in the first place. No need to fix what isn’t broken.

An expensive and unnecessary proposal. If it’s for access to the sixth form centre then the students should be old enough to realise it’s not a cycle zone and that they have to take responsibility for themselves. It’s a great place for nature. Leave it alone!

This is a special place for children & adults to walk along, the stream and environment are supporting our connection to nature & wildlife thrives here. It would be very sad to see it covered over.

The water lanes are a tranquil oasis in a busy area. It would put pedestrians at risk if cyclists were allowed to share the space. It would also be detrimental to the environment. Not everyone has a garden so it is also a safe, quiet place for people to exercise their dogs. It is good for the mental health of people in the area to have a place to walk as there are not any parks or coastal paths within close walking distance.

A few more lights would be handy but what is the age group of the students I think motorcycles and cars will be used and pushbikes could well be in the minority
