Please save this beautiful, historic home. It would be a crime to level it only to build another Mc Mansion.

We live down the street from this classic Wallace Neff home. Tearing it down for another McMansion would be a travesty and go against the history and fabric of San Marino

I live just down the street from this beautiful and classic Wallace Neff home. It would be a real crime to permit demolition of this property.

Stop allowing historical architecture to be razed or modified into an eyesore. This town is desirable because of it's rich architecture and sense of community. Allowing gross property changes is NOT in keeping with the historical, nor the desired, for the City! The residents, not the developers, live and pay taxes here. Stop destroying our community.

Our architectural heritage is important to the city of San Marino.

All Neff and other architectural treasures in San Marino need our protection to keep them part of our town's heritage for the future.

As a member of City Council, if I were to sign the petition, I would have to recuse myself if the matter eventually reached City Council by way of appeals. However, my records are clear and consistent ever since I was first elected to the City Council in 2007, and remain true today on where I stand on mansionization and historical preservation.

If we can't keep this classical design by Wallace Neff, how can we even save other houses? Please sign the petition and help us preserve San Marino.

Please do not let this house be torn down!!!!

The value of our community is being diminished by the sterile, formulaic new construction that is over running our city!

I hope this is the beginning of the public having a say on the tearing down of this and other TRADITIONAL homes.
