Keep minor injuries open

These centres are based in local communities and accessible to everyone living in that locality. They are an essential resource and closing them down with the expectation that people travel to Arrowe Park is outrageous. People are already struggling under the Tory austerity cuts and this is a further nail in the coffin.

To go back to the old ways were you have to wait hours upon hours in A & E will be chaos and more and more will get angry waiting and the good people that work in A & E don't deserve the hassle on top of all the pressure that their under as of now

Having been to some of the meetings on this subject, the presenters are always emphasizing that "nothing has been decided yet" and that is why they are holding these meetings. As all health trusts seem to be going through this same process, I don't believe them, I'm sure it is all done and dusted at much higher management levels who don't give a toss what the users of the NHS think. The NHS is a wonderful system, being very poorly managed, the front line staff are great and are forced to toe the line by people who don't know what they are doing, they are not in the real world. Every satellite walk in centre should be open all day every day, small portable Xray machines are not very expensive and could be used in the walk in centres to check wrist or ankle sprains etc. Instead of the patient having to go to a location that has Xray facilities. It is important to keep non urgent cases away from Arrowe Park A&E.

We need them as a working non driver single parent I can’t afford taxis to Arrowe Park and couldn’t manage 2 buses if my family were ill The walk in Centres need more investment closing them would affect the most vulnerable in our community

We need walk in centres. I work at a GP’s surgery as a receptionist and we advise walk in centres for anything that can be seen there.

The walk-in centre at Eastham is so much easier to access than hiking across Wirral to join the crowds at Arrowe Park.

Can you imagine the burden on Arrowe Park if this facility was closed down! Mill Lane is a lifeline especially for older people who have difficulty getting to Arrowe Park, not to mention mums with babies.

Putting all resources on 1 site where parking is already a nightmare seems crazy.

I am for the walk in centre to be safe, I live nearby. I have some children, if only something is happening, I can come at any moment. I am very pleased with the work done by the nurses.

Arrows park is already a terrible place for car parking. This idea will make it impossible to get to any appointments on time.
