Recent example of someone who used walk in at VCH - elderly person fell and injured arm, in extreme pain. VCH saw her, X-ray done there and showed break, support put in place. How would she (in pain) have got to APH on public transport. She would have had to wait for relative or other to drive her to APH and then there is the issue of all the additional cars trying to find somewhere to park. Have the Commisioning group had the experience of trying to find somewhere to park with elderly disabled?

Arrowepark is a congested nightmare without making it worse with this stupid proposal.

The Walk-in Centre I went to on a Saturday several months ago turned my life around as it led to me being diagnosed with the medical conditions I had, allowing me to address those issues with my GP.

Although I don’t live in Wirral I have a lot of family and friends on that side, many of whom have had to use these services. There services also help to take some of the pressure off the overburdened A&E departments.

We must protect our NHS services at all costs. It belongs to the people not the profiteers.

Our walk in centres are invaluable. Many of us have children and do not drive, losing valuable time when travelling with a poorly child out of the area. Making the situation more distressing for all involved.

Ridiculous idea to move all patients to attend APH! APH site is already busy enough.

Diabolical inept heartless thinking. We demand a better service, not a worse one.

Appalling. How can closing existing facilities relieve the burden on the service, it can only make it worse.

It's a disgrace that they are thinking of closing the local minor injuries dept. Not everyone has a car to get up to the nearest main hospital in a hurry if needed

This would be a Hugh loss to our community, this also will have a big impact to our main hospital and visiting our own GP practice if we didn’t have this service.
Staff there are wonderful and do a fantastic job.

Please keep these facilities. Closure will only mean CHAOS at Arrowe Park.

We need these walk in centres in Birkenhead and Wirral can’t always get appointment at the doctors and also need somewhere to go when doctors are closed evenings and weekends and bank holidays arrowe park hospital won’t be able to cope with all the extra patients. They need to be able to cope with the more seriously ill patients

I am against the closing of walk in centres as it Will make arrowe park more more over stretch more waiting times and further to go.
Doesn't make any sense for NHS or patients!!
