Inverness is my favourite city in Scotland. What makes it a marvellous place to be is not "Nessie," but the small businesses that give the city its vibrancy. Recognize, value, & nurture small businesses; don't smother them!

"Marginal case"? Come on! Yet another "backward" decision by a publicly-funded council committee who are supposed to be listening to and representing the local community. I am sure they enjoyed the free lunch, over which they probably discussed this matter.

It should by this point be recognised and valued just how much The Village brings to the youth community, as well as the entire community of inverness city centre.
