Everyone is entitled to clean safe water and for some people access to public water taps is the best option both financially and environmentally.

Residents should not be inconvenienced because of some greedy businesses we know who they are so let’s start slamming them with fines

Should you work on supplying water to homes in Virgina ,Pefferlaw and Port Bolster instead of shut down our access.

It is crazy that our town is presenting its residents to have safe drinking water

The people of Georgina have used these taps for years. I understand the necessity of keeping especially companies from abusing the system but instead you made the people suffer.

If the town wants to charge us water fees then maybe they should bring the access to us instead of building a new building or a big pile of dirt

Access to clean safe water should be a right to everyone. And those who pay taxes but are not hooked up to the Town's water system. I guess none of the Council members live in the area and but enjoy municipal water service right to their houses. If they didn't they may understand the ramifications of this decision. The modifications to the taps should also be barrier-free, which also means no key and easy access to fill the large bottles required for everyday drinking use.

I have lived in Georgina all my life. We never drink our well water due to smell of rotten eggs ( sulphur ), high iron content, and eColi some times of the year ( usually spring ). We rely on the municipal taps for drinking water. Please reverse this ridiculous decision and allow us drinking water.
