Something definitely doesn't sit well with how this story is unfolding. Also learned there is a climate of fear in more ppl speaking up in Guam DOE because they fear losing their jobs by the board as a form of retaliation. Whatever the reasons for them thinking that are, something needs to change. Jon is awesome with the kids and his influence is a positive force. Let's not lose that. We talk of encouraging more ppl from Guam to go out into the world and learn and then come back and give back to this island. Jon is one of those ppl that did that and he did it well. Let's continue that momentum and not discourage others with what has enfolded.

I am quite impressed with Mr. Jon Fernandez' performance...he was doing his job far better than any other GDOE Superintendents. He was there for the STUDENTS...he was not there for fame...just doing his job...and a good one too!

Bring superintendent fernandez back, lack of evidence and he say she say. We brought him to the island of guam. Why did DOE turn their back on him. Shame on the council. A poor decision has been made
