There have been so many positive things that Mr. Fernandez has done for DOE. All the hard work & dedication to bring the dept out of high risk status is going down the drain. He deserves to be given a chance to continue this forward monentum for the islands children.

Mr. Fernandez is a great Superintendent. Guam's Public Schools has shown so much improvements and not to mention is always seen interacting with either DOE staffs, parents as well as students for any concerns and puts things into action.
As for the accusations against him, there was so much inconsistencies to the stories/incident, which led me to believe it might have been a plot as a way to get him fired. What a coincidence though that all this transpired during the opening of the new school year and just when DOE was going to receive a bulk of $$$$$.

Kenneth Chargualaf should have recused himself from voting in this case because he has a relationship with the complainant, AND Chargualaf is the Godfather of Mesa's child. Mesa is the one who brought this before the GEB when he first tried to get DOE/GEB to give the complainant $10,000. The complainant's mother said on the news interview that was Mesa's idea, not theirs. Mesa got the complainant to file charges unknown to the people of Guam while the student (complainant) changed her clothes in Mesa's presence and she wasn't uncomfortable? Hmmmmm
Watch how when Lourdes San Nicolas, Tainatongo and Chargualaf get together. Something sinister and evil always follows them. They're always involved and they give this pitiful look like "deer in the headlights look" like they are all innocent and pure. OMG...what fakes for the sake of the media!
While teachers, school children and their parents buy their own supplies due to lack of DOE funds, Mesa is promoted SECRETLY while Mr. Fernandez was on leave. Is that a reward to Mesa to sweep Fernandez out so Chargualaf can now step in and get the Superintendent's job? Watch and see!!!
