Has the HSA maintained the Pavilion to such a high standard that it now incurs the rage and envy of the Parish Council by putting the Council's own facility at Hazlemere Community Centre in the shade, I wonder?!!

I have several questions.
1. What does the parish council intend to do with the pavilion.
2. What would be their financial arrangements.
3. £10,000 per annum seems a lot for maintenance and repairs, how is this qualified.

The pavilion was built to support sport in Hazlemere, so let's keep it that way and not as a revenue for the parish council.

The sports facilities of Hazlemere were put there for the benefit of the community, NOT for the financial benefit of the council.

My husband Brian and myself are members of the High Wycombe Cage Bird Society and have hired the HSA meeting room on a monthly basis for several years now.Our club which was formed in 1898 strongly opposes the council in going bach on their word with relation the the increase in rent from £1.00 to £40,000 plus.Our member are maily older people and will be unable to pay the hugh increase in rent which will be forth coming.Signed on belf of about 45 members who like the venue and the hard working people who run it.Prehaps its just sour grapes on behalf of the council that they see a successfull operation and they want a bit of the action and some extra monet which will no doubt be swollow up in council expences

Have u looked into making hsa a casc? This way has would not be liable for the business rate and this could change the whole dynamics with the council
