The Truth says "read the minutes" Well, the Minutes of November clearly state that a Section 25 notice has been served for £40,500. How on earth can that figure be affordable without pricing the venue and the clubs off the market? Look at Magnolia Park (formerly Broom and Wade) - no tennis, no Pre-school and in March no bowls - all due to a greedy landlord

we regularly run education courses for the NHS at this venue. it is well run, affordable and perfect fo our needs.i strongly feel that any changes in the hire charges would make it difficult for us to use this venue. affordability is a huge incentive and helps the local community.

Typical council madness. Typical council. Build something fantastic, run well by the community, for the community then try and take it away by asking a ridiculous rent. This facility is giving a lot of happiness to many local people in these very tough times. Hope the council finally see's some sense. Leave it alone!! HP10 8DH

The Council are behaving very badly in expecting a commercial income from this community amenity. It should be for comumunity use with the peppercorn rent continuing.

We have used this facility 3 years to host a lunch. Please let us continue to do this.

As a member of Hazlemere Tennis Club I call on the Parish Council to honour the spirit and the letter of the original 'peppercorn rent' agreement for the provision of a valuable community amenity.
We will make sure that doesn't happen Freddie. We just want to keep your annual subscription to Holy Trinity Juniors affordable, but the council is making life very difficult for those of us who give up their time to organise football for youngsters like you. Another reason why we've launched this petition.
