12/9/18 We are still waiting for the results from the Siletz River Sediment samples we took. The lab machine broke down hopefully we will hear next week! Thank you for your support!!

I am a Siletz tribal member. I fish the Siletz river for food for my family. Dumping waste in the river is poisoning everyone who fishes there. Disgusting!!!

Nature in its self needs to be saved.. We as people need to do it.. We have to start with what we love at home, what we want to share with our grandchildren, my love of the rivers in Oregon are one of these things.. Clean air is another.. We have to stop being all about money, an start being about the earth.

As an enrolled member of the Siletz Tribe and an owner of riparian land adjoining the Siletz River I am very concerned about this critical issue, which has only recently come to my attention. Since the impacted lands owned by my family are in federal trust ownership, I ask that your agency consider the effects of this activity as they, as they may constitute actions adversely affecting Lands of the United States, thus triggering the the legal requirements for a NEPA analysis prior to permitting or allowing the discharges to continue.
