Even the " Conditions" pointed to the facility being converted to condos/ apartments. Why did this deal continue when there wasn't going to be a facility for the residents to transfer to? This important issue had to be addressed at that time and had to be a condition before the sale. Everyone concerned had to know what was eventually going to happen. Real estate for -profit companies like Pacifica don't care about the elderly in these types of facilities. Keiro, even though Japanese, sold their own people out... very dishonorable... it's all about money$$$. I wonder what kind of deal Keiro made with Pacifica after the 5 years expired. Corruption running rampant everywhere in all cultures. This is very tragic and sad!

Please protect our seniors. Many are veterans of WWII and Korea. Others suffered from the effects of Executive Order 9066. Let the seniors live out their lives as they intended. Extend the conditions of sale.

My late grandmother, Tina Ohta, was supported during her 85 to 93 age years by a Pacifica Asian Support Nursing Home. Her life was enriched by the special food preparation and professional licensed attendants. She remarked that they were respectful of the Elders . Please extend the current living conditions for Seniors. They are at the mercy of being bullied if a general population of younger adults are admitted to this facility, unintended consequences as a result of Covid 19 being wrongly associated with Asian Pacific Inlanders.

Please protect seniors. They deserve peace and safety at their journey. They have gone through discrimination, relocation and still worked hard and raised family.

The unique services afforded to this small but incredible group of seniors exists nowhere else in the USA. Please respectfully extend the conditions to keep the current culturally sensitive care going for our elderly in their final years of life.
