Pacifica is a SCAM company and should not be allowed to do what they want to do. They lied about what they will do with the facilities when they purchased it and they should be forced to comply with the residents of those communities they bought. The sale was a fraud from the beginning but the State allowed this to happen. Extend the conditions for 20 years and more and force Pacifica to sell the facilities to a company that cares about the residents.

This is not only an issue in California, but in Utah, and all over the country. During Covid please don't force our loved ones to find a new place. In this time of sickness, they are so worried for their own health, and to be forced to find a new home, and adjust to that, it's just so much. Our Seniors deserve better. Put yourself in their shoes, or in the shoes of the kids that have to help find a new place. Thank you for your consideration.

Please don't turn public housing over to developers. Let's protect the homes of our elders and other vulnerable adults who depend on public housing to maintain their dignity and have a place to call home.
