Our community wants residential areas to remain residential. Businesses have no place in zoned residential areas.

Please show consideration to the residential neighbourhood and community atmosphere. Please do not set a precedent that is unfair and has impact on other neighbourhoods in the area.

This area and surrounds are overly populated and crowded. The roads are congested and residential streets are impossible to drive down without having to weave around parked cars; it's also dangerous crossing roads as you are unable to see any oncoming traffic due to one car garages- yet houses have 3 bdr. Stop with the greed and money grabbers.

Awful development that adds no value to our beautiful community. It is out of character with the streetscape and risks turning that area into a commercial rather than residential area. There are more than enouhg places in the Moonee Valley area to have cosmetic procedures done and this place is not suitable at all.

Definitely do not need any more of these developments. They are completely out of character for our suburb and this is too big in a beautiful residential area. There are already plenty of clinics for cosmetic procedures within the MV area and it adds no value for the majority of residents.

This is a residential area not business. No parking available in surrounding area. Will create more traffic and impact on local primary school and Lincoln park users.

Commercial developments don’t belong in residential areas. Some respect is needed for the residents in this area. Develop in a commercial area where people go to conduct their business. Leave residential areas as they are, just that, for the residents!

This development is totally out of character with our neighbourhood. Parking will be an issue. Increased traffic in an area with schools, childcare, the park. This development is not appropriate in local streets and residential area. It would be more applicable in a commercial zone.

I’m a local resident and walk past this property on a daily basis. Totally inappropriate for the area. Already congested and getting worse. Lots of foot traffic, people using the park etc. How could this proposal even be considered? Surely common sense must prevail here.
