A ridiculous development in a beautiful residential area

This is a residential area, opposite a community park, down the road from a school.
A totally inappropriate site for this type of business. Parking would be an issue.

I take my dementia husband for walks in Lincoln Park and it is already so hard to find parking along the park!

The proposal's location will have serious impacts on Lincoln Rd traffic; it will become deadlocked, and likely lead to increased serious accidents. Leave commercial building out of residential zones

I live close by and already have people fighting to park outside my house for the station, surely this wouldn’t help!

I do not agree that multi-story businesses should be in this particular part of a residential zone.

I live in MVCC and park near the site of the proposal. The area already has traffic and parking problems, these will be made a lot worse if a large hospital development is added to this residential area
