So tired of people just out to make a quick buck! A home should be sustainable and compliment the area - stop cheap, nasty, non sustainable development!

Inappropriate construction on an already congested and over developed residential and school area.

Keep residential areas for residents, not commercial developments.

Keep the developments away from housing and our kids schools. Just stick to Mount & Keillor roads. Don’t start to spoil Lincoln road. VCAT - listen to the people.

Totally inappropriate development on that block of land in a residential area. No appropriate parking for a business of that nature. Loss character of the area.

I live in Lincoln Road and it can be difficult to get a car park at times already. This development is totally inappropriate for the proposed location.

Take your 3 storey cosmetics building away from our suburbs. Enough already!! Sick to death of all the building locally. Our area is a massive eye sore.

Our beautiful suburb had been damaged enough with the appalling road under rail we Essendon station and the ridiculous apartment complex in Hall St Moonee Ponds. There are shops up for lease all over the area we don’t need this built in a residential area
