Already too busy in that area for such a development. Traffic and the parking in the area is out of control during school times and peak hour. Please save our neighbourhood and character of the area. Plenty of commercial space on Keilor Road with much more parking options! Not in a lovely residential pockets full of families.

I think this area is already jam packed, it may be easy to think of placing a building anywhere on a map but it takes residents that have lived in the vicinity for many years that will see the unfortunate damage already being done to this beautiful area. Its getting to be like a city geesh with buildings popping up everywhere around here, it really doesnt suit the area and lost what it once was. Vcat pls dont cave in to these monstrosities due to your position, im sure you wouldnt like this at your front door.
Let it stay the way it is and be an example to these greedy developers. Do the right thing. You dont live here, we do.

Enough MVCC, where will all this over development end. It certainly isn’t driven by need therefore I’d say it’s greed and in my opinion greed is ugly!
