Our suburb is already littered with inappropriate developments. Another one is not needed!

Do not want a 3-storey/4-level cosmetic procedures clinic at the too many high rise building in the area it kills the character of Essendon. Why dont they build in a commercial zone.

It is a residential zone and should not even be considered. The traffic along Lincoln Road is already congested and dangerous without increasing the burden.

This is an oversized development which does nothing for the good of the area except to line pockets of developers and outside businessmen. Unfortunately VCAT has its pockets lined by the same businessmen and don't consider parking, traffic, noise, local surrounds. They rely on experts who twist the truth depending on which side they are on. The too are all part of the same club.

1. There is already lack of adequate car parking for residents, shoppers and staff of local businesses not to mention the increase in public transport commuters. 2. There is already traffic congestion on Thorn St and on Lincoln Rd and surrounding streets are an absolute nightmare during peak times and activities at the local church and school. So any commercial activity like what is proposed will only have a further detrimental effect. 3. Whole application is for medical services as described but what is to stop the sale of the medical center and subsequent control of use or expansion. 4.Developers are always seeking to overdevelop a site or seek a car space exemption for one reason or another. The fact is they can achieve everything that they need to in a more appropriate commercial area. They just choose not to so they can have more money in their pockets instead of spending money on a more appropriate site or on infrastructure within their development.

This facility should be built in a commercial area not near schools and residential.

This is a very inappropriate development proposal. This will ruin the easthetics around the Lincoln park.

Totally inappropriate for the area. Developers need to be stopped from getting away with this type of building in zones that aren't suitable. Find a better solution, not where our family homes and schools are.

This will create traffic chaos and also bring down the beauty of the area. I am sick of apartments going up in our area. It creates parking issues, traffic issues and looks ugly!

This is a residential area. We do not need this type of development!

There are plenty of other commercial sites that should be utilised for such a business instead. Do not ruin the beautiful residential area with such a horrible building that is massively out of place. The area is busy enough - especially this intersection!
