Making future ghettos is not forward planning -a disgrace, subdivisions of such a small size are not areas that humans can comfortably and happily reside - idiots. Redlynch is already spoiled by ugly mass produced architecture. If building is to commence on such small blocks , require that they be two story and ensure larger percentage of land around neighboring fence line , think outside the box what you are allowing is an abomination

These lot sizes are far too small and not in keeping with the average lot sizes in Redlynch. They are far too small. We don't want this sardine development in our suburb!!

Development is too close to the natural floodplain and creek. Also, there is insufficient infrastructure planned for this development.

Please leave this beautiful Valley green. At least don't put tiny blocks in. We're FNQ not Sydney or Adelaide where people live on postage stamp sized blocks.

I have to agree with the fact that this is the wrong type of development for this area - please reconsider this high density urban rabbit warren of an estate. The infrastructure can not support this type of overcrowded development and neither do the Redlynch residents - crammed in beside 2 large schools & some of the land in existing flood zone areas it is not wanted nor does this design complement the existing zoning and surrounding properties.

I agree that the lot size should represent the area, a 800sqm restriction should be in place, we are not the city centre, we are a family developmental area where children can enjoy the beauty of outdoor play in their own back yard.
