No thank you Kenfrost! can think of no other reason than developer greed for lots being this size & only one play area to feed all those houses!

This development is out of sync with the needs of the area and will result in a glut of houses on very small lots. The existing infrastructure is already stretched to the hilt. This used to be a green and leafy desirable suburb, but is turning into another poorly planned and over crowded concrete jungle. The pace of growth has been crazy the last few years

I think this is apalling. How many more edward scissorhands estates does Cairns need. The size of each block is ridiculous and is detrimental to the current way of life that many long and short term cairns residents have come to enjoy. Until the coridor from cairns to the north side of Cairns which has ,much improved infrasture especially in the way of roads and bike paths, then this development will surely only add to the hazard that is already occuring. Its 2016. Please use some common sense.

Develop if it has to happen. But not high density ghetto. Big blocks to keep more rural field. Ken Frost will build every house and create a crammed eyesore.
