Save Our Redlynch Community

I would like to see the area developed, however at a minimum lot size of 600 sqm

Whenever I would visit redlynch these farms would stand out. If they go, it would be a shame

Way to small blocks No transport in area

Please don't over develop our valley- the road is already over taxed.

Stop this crazy proposal. We need to remember that there is only one way in and out of the valley!

Against development as it stands

I oppose due to the block sizes being way too small for infrastructure to handle.

Not the area for high density housing

utterly devastated is an understatement!

I'm not against development of the site, however the small size lots, high density nature is not aligned with the area.

Vehemently opposed to this degradation of our beautiful Redlynch Valley! Idiotic!

Knew the subdivision was happening, but not the small blocks. Dreadful. Is impossible to get in/out of school at peak hours as it is! Hope for 800m2 blocks at least!

Please don't turn this beautiful cane farmland into tiny housing lots with the associated pressures on infrastructure.

I think it's a disgrace that the council never let the community know about this until the day before the vote for this development.

Completely spoils the lovely walk to Freshwater Creek.

Blocks too small. Make them decent sizes lie the rest of Cairns.

We believe that this will impact negatively on the quality of living in the Redlynch Valley as the traffic conditions are already difficult and another 500 houses would make traffic conditions impossible. Also the schools are already full and this development would be problematic for both schools.
