Everyone talks about 'the Death of the High Street' and estate agencies must be one of the chief culprits of this. Having checked on Rightmove.co.uk there are less than 150 properties for sale currently in TW10 and with in excess of 30 estate agencies operating in this area, I feel it preposterous to consider yet another opening up and taking further retail units away. Enough is enough.

Having grown up in Ham, I think the last thing we need in the village is another estate agent.. we need friendly businesses that pull us together as a community.
Lords covers Ham really well and there are many other agents in Kingston and Richmond - most house hunting is done via the internet - rightmove/on the market etc - I don't believe Ham should sacrifice a retail unit for office space

All towns should have a capped number of state agents. Local Councils should be looking to diversify the range of offerings where as currently most towns are estate agents, hairdressers and coffee shops!

I struggle to see what benefit yet another money grabbing Estate Agent would bring to our diminishing High Street. We need local shops for local people selling local produce. Aren't Online agents meant to be the future now? Whatever next? McDonalds!!!!

Within a quarter of a mile radius of Ham there are 31 estate agents...this is more than plenty!
Many high streets are being filled with more and more estate agents, and this takes away the charm! 31 is enough to service the area, and another is not needed!
On top of the 31, I am certain agents from further out will also be servicing the town...within half a mile radius there are a total of 50...need I say more?

The continuing replacement of retail shops with offices/charity/coffee shops is desecrating our High Street and killing the community. There are enough estate agents with the village, do we really need another?

Ham Parade needs more local businesses not more agents. The people of Ham need variety.
