No more estate agents!!
We have a wonderful local selection of shops that need enhancing. It's a big shame we don't have a bank there now and that the card/art/stationary shop closed. These are the types of shop/service we need... variety not the same!

another estate agent is not what the parade needs, it needs somewhere to buy essentials, not houses. It does not require betting shops, that is also in abundance! It did gave a useful bank, a useful card shop, a useful butchers, but the rents, etc make it more and more difficult to attract anything that is not an essential requirement to ensure you do t have to go into town or a supermarket.

The last thing our community needs is yet another estate agent to add to the three already lurking on our small parade. The closing of our butchers shop was a great loss to us and we need something similar in replacement - something that is actually useful to us. And to keep the character of the area, which we seem to be slowly losing.

There is no justification for yet another estate agent on Ham Parade. A decent food shop would be good.

As you may already be aware, Gibson Lane Estate Agents have submitted a planning application for change of use at the previous Tucker’s Butcher’s shop.
The Parade is well established and well used by local residents and passing trade. However, over the years the diversity of the circa 30 units has diminished and we currently already entertain three Estate Agents to meet the needs of the local community.
The continued popularity of the Parade is dependent on attracting new, useful and interesting retailers/services. Another Estate Agent will be neither useful or necessary.

we are so lucky to have such a warm friendly shopping area, come on Richmond council no more estate agents please!!! A fish mongers or another butchers is needed.
