There are more than enough estate agents on the parade.

no more estate agents please, three is more than enough. a post office, butchers or a mini m& s selling clothes would be very nice.

Ham Parade has great potential for providing useful shops for our everyday needs - agree with the other comments

There was a very useful gift shop some years ago, and I would like to see Tuckers replaced with another one, selling cards and paper too, as we have recently lost our card shop.

Ham Parade is an area to be cherished. When I moved to Canbury Ward 26 years ago, we had a huge range of independent shops that sold foodstuffs, no more. Taken over by estate agents, nail decorating parlours or turned into housing. If local people give full support to their local shops, they will thrive. Why would they need another estate agents? Gibson Lane are clearly thinking to the future, and when the sale of the Latchmere House units go on line, they could cash in big time. There should be a cap on the number of estate agencies in any local area, we already have far, far, far too many!

This cannot be a good idea for the Parade ! Work is already in progress. I would support food shop, another restaurant, maybe an Italian restaurant. It's a great local Parade. Let's keep it that way!

There is no need for a 4th Estate Agency on Ham Parade!

I think a shop selling food would be more appropriate. Perhaps a mini Marks and Spencer or Waitrose. Or perhaps a Pizza Express. We have an excellent fish and chip shop now (hurray!) along with it's cashpoint, so why not a eel, pie and mash shop. Food (and drink) brings people together, so based on that an shop which sells food would be ideal.

My views accord with those already so ably expressed. Cheam Village was almost killed off in the same way!

The parade as it stands is downmarket enough with 2 bookies and a massage parlour. An estate agent may be better than other options!!

Variety is what is required to keep our parade alive. How often do residents pop down to the local shops to buy a property! With 3 Estate agents already - enough is enough. (Online estate agents provide the 4th alternative!).

Agree with all current comments, no more estate agent please, and certainly no more bookies or hairdressers

We need shops selling useful things, like food, not estate agents whose business it is to bump up house prices to unaffordable levels. We have three already, which is more than sufficient.

We don't need another estate agent but obviously we need businesses which can trade, stay open and afford to pay the rent... What has happened to sainsburys? Ideally local independent ships would come to Ham Parade but failing that a good grocery shop open past 4/5pm please!!! ;)

We absolutely do not need another estate agent on Ham Parade. We already have 3 which is more than enough to sell the houses in the Ham-North Kingston area. We need diversity for the local community. Please do not allow this to go agead!!

I do miss Mia Wood's shop on Ham Parade - it was so wonderful to be able to go somewhere so local to find lovely gifts rather than going into Kingston or online. I'd love another shop like that one. I'd hate to see yet another estate agent on Ham Parade.

As a local resident, I use the shops and facilities on Ham Parade daily. I am appalled at the prospect of yet another estate agent - 3 is plenty enough to service the needs of the local community. Give us more varied shops: no more estate agents, or betting shops, or hairdressers please.

The parade would benefit more from a bank or perhaps a nice restaurant
