Ham parade should remain as it is in regard to butchers and individual shops. We do not need more estate agents. Perhaps more cultural spaces would be good but estate agents I do not think so. Gilly

The Art shop Glencouse is also apparently set to become another estate agent!!! Please please can someone open a nice independent cafe, fishmonger or wine bar...something other than another agents!! Ham is already anonymous enough with not even a sign to say you have arrived and the parade is pretty much a concrete eyesore. With more agents soon no one will stop! there is loads of money nearby but we need interesting places for people to spend time in the parade and to encourage browsing and therefore spending.

We definitely don't need another estate agent on that small stretch . Considering there is already three available there. We need a useful shops and small businesses that the local residents can benefit .

Three estate agents are enough in this small locality. I understand rents must be paid but would be much happier to support a local business - how often will people buy or rent a property? A gift shop, butcher, supermarket or restaurant would be very welcome.

Small independent local businesses need all the help they can get, a 4th estate agent does seem rather unnecessary. Keep business rates down to encourage more diversity.

No more estate agents - 2 is enough! Mervyn Smith is an independent who doesn't need another wealthy chain to deal with....Only please a post office, (bank), decent supermarket...
