We want a replacement organic butchers shop. Do not want the Parade to go any further down market the charity shop/betting shop route. Do not want Sainsburys to take over selling produce. Want family businesses to thrive as always, that support our community's daily living. Long live our baker, the greengrocer, the hardware shop. Bring back the post office and a butchers. Certainly no need of any more estate agents only used once every forty years!!.

I strongly object to yet another estate agent on our parade, not only for reasons of diversity but also we have a need for other types of outlets to service the local community. These can not be fulfilled if all the outlets got to estate agents on the highest bidder platform.

Many people rely on the local traders for high quality food produce and service. We do not wish to see yet another Estate Agent which will add no value for local people whatsoever.

We definately do not need another Estate Agents (and I sure the other Estate Agents already on the Parade will agree). More independent shops - maybe a gift shop.

Ham Parade needs diversity, and having another estate agent when there are already several just denies a healthy development of the parade. Allowing this change of use without due regard to the mix of shops already there would be a stark indication of the attitude of the council to local communities.

We could do with additional shop of any kind but not estate agent . Locals are using mainly well established estate agencies on Ham Parade , which have been there for many years . I hope local voices will be heard !

Ham Parade needs to be more diverse. It needs more shops for essential supplies and less estate agents and betting shops. Here's a thought, how about another butchers shop?
