We bought our dream block of land, had plans drawn up for our dream house and blueberry farmers bought the block next door...we sold a month later (not to blueberry farmer or at a profit) I couldn't knowingly bring my family up with potential exposure to so many chemicals

Pillar Valley, is also being taken over by these farms. Goodness knows where the water is coming from to irrigate there as the little creek doesn't have enough water in it. The amount of trees that have been bulldozed there too is heartbreaking considering that a few of my friends had planted thousands of trees many years ago on the same site for a bush regeneration project!

No more Blue Berries! No good for environment and nets an eyesaw every direction where once was an artists palate! Economic growth from Berries is not seen here?

I live at Bucca. I have been woken twice lately, in the night, by the stench of chemicals wafting down from the Blueberry farm next door. Our beautiful grazing country should be kept as it is without the illegal chemicals being sprayed on it and the ugly nets being sprawled over it. Also our spring fed dam is the lowest it's been ever, so they are obviously taking too much water from the underground table. Stop this now!

Enough is Enough ..Our water level is dropping in our local rivers,Toxins and chemicals are leaching into our water ways and residents rely on the water for human consumption.

I grew up around the Orara River, i have so many fun memories of swimming in the river with my friends and family. There are countless well established farms along the river who rely on the river to water their livestock. Please don't let this beautiful and important river be ruined.

The river is important to all creatures who live in or on the banks of the river and for the ORDINARY PEOPLE WHO RELY ON THE RIVER FOR ALL THEIR DOMESTIC WATER.

It has to be stopped. It reminds me of what happened about 30 years ago, with Bob Johnson developer. After he had set up all his farms, & sold them, they all went broke
