There are plenty of brown field site and locations within the borough, these should be developed before destroying green field sites and woodland.

Like others in overwhelming numbers I made my objections known to the council with clear reasons and it has counted or nothing. When I did this I asked why the plans were modified and on whose instruction/authority. If this is approved I will be asking for and would expect clear answers.

Please refuse planning permission for Scheme 3. app No. 14/503786. Increased traffic is a nightmare already causing massive pollution to our environment. In a couple of years thousands of additional vehicles will invade the surrounding infrastructure. Please save our open spaces for future generations of wildlife (and humans). Thank you.

Elected councillors should listen to those who elected them. With all the other building going on the roads including A 20, A 26 and Hermatage lane. Traffic will come to a stand still, what about our clean air, does maidstone council not talk to the other council in the areas, or are they in the pockets of the developers, the kings new suit springs to mind

I am horrified at the amount of building and new housing that is going on in our area, it can't cope with the amount of people and cars as it is. We need to protect the little open space we have, and protect the wild life that flourishes in this area. SAVE OUR OPEN SPACE!
