We need a regular, affordable, reliable service, especially if trying to get other vehicles off the road / being more environmentally friendly….

Risinghurst is already poorly served. This makes a bad situation worse.

It's really disappointing to see Stagecoach putting profits before the passengers they are supposed to serve.

I have spoken with an elderly local resident who has been really negatively impacted by this reduction in services and it makes me so sad. As a local homeowner, a parent who used the service to get into town occasionally too I feel it is really important to keep providing it to prevent elderly and vulnerable people from being isolated and made to walk long distances that are physically challenging or not safe. I echo the suggestion that one bus an hour could be diverted from Barton if there is a supply issue so that we could still have the number 9 every half hour? With all the developments springing up around Oxford the public transport links should be increased not cut back.

The frequency should not be reduced as it will affect the community and all the bus users.

Don’t discriminate against Risinghurst! Take one bus per hour away from Barton and problem solved.

Please closely match the fares to the park and ride and we would use it a lot more

My mum does not drive and relies heavily on the bus service. It stopping has greatly impacted her ability to access the wider city.

Do t let this go the way of our number 17 through Cutteslowe to Oxford via Jericho… gradually reduced them disappeared altogether to the detriment of locals here - not least the less mobile and elderly who now have a half mile schlepp to bus stops on Banbury Road. It was a slow bus on a windy, less direct route, but it was an essential one for residents

I work at the John Radcliffe Hospital and do no qualify for a staff permit as I live too close so I rely on the number 9 bus to get me to work. I am also very disappointed that we only have 1 bus an hour on a Saturday and no later buses in the evening.
Keeping the bus helps those of us you don't own a car, and the elderly
We cars off the road which means more buses, not less. Restore the number 9 back to half hourly services.
