The infrastructure and transport options in this area are inadequate for a development of this size. All for developing the ugly site, but keep the height to half.

The infrastructure in Moonee Ponds cannot support these types of developments. The Moonee Ponds station cannot support this increase in residents. Each day I struggle to get onto a train to go into the city.

Over development for the suburban site. Keep the high rises in the city where they belong.

There is absolutely no need to have such an eye sore in a beautiful community. Melbourne has enough high rise apartments and the majority of us are fed up with them.

Over development is starting to destroy the Mt Alexander Rd and Moonee Ponds areas.

I oppose this overdevelopment as the area does not have the infrastructure to support this many additional dwellings.

its a disgrace to give a permitting so many flats in such a small street how is this street with Coles entrance and exit plus all the cars from a 30 story building enough is enough..

The decision is misinformed and misconceived, each development decision needs to take into account the developments existing and in the pipeline. The development at Moonee Valley Racecourse will already increase stress on the services and infrastructure, to add thousands more residents with numerous additional apartment developments will make the area unworkable and unliveable.

I am a resident of Moonee Ponds and I am strongly opposed to this development. I am deeply concerned that the infrastructure of its surrounds (including public transport) is not sufficient to accommodate the impact of this development.
