My daughter recently left the area as the noise, parking problems and overdevelopment were just too much.

The residents of Moonee Valley have been badly let down by the Labor Party.

Please please re think this dreadful decision. You will kill Moonee Ponds and in turn kill Moonee Valley as a whole. I will not be able to vote Labour ever again.

What investment is the property developer making into the community services of moonee ponds to cater for the needs of such an increase in the number of residents? I would like to know who will be living here and what are the public services they will be using. Only after this analaysis will the government be in a position to understand the impact on schools, health and medical services, transport. The property developer must then be made to invest in these services to cater for the increase.

If such developments are approved, then planning considerations and support are needed for public transport, and amenities and infrastructure in the area. Please note there is only 1 secondary school on the area that this area is zoned to.

Please follow democratic principles. The people do not want this development.

Interesting how the accompanying picture of the proposed building only shows half the number of floors as has been now approved?!?!

Not enough space around that area as it is. Traffic will be an absolute nightmare.

Totally inappropriate for this area as infrastructure inadequate to cater for the overdevelopment. Craigieburn line cannot handle peak hours patronage and Tram line also feeling the stress during peak hours commute. Add this to delays on Holmes Road and Mt Alexander Rd .

Time and time again, massive development without supporting infrastructure. The infrastructure needs to be in place BEFORE something like this can be considered.
